Scheduling Appointments
|
Making appointments is necessary. All appointments are based upon availability. Advance appointments are recommended.
When rescheduling or canceling reserved appointments, we require 24 hour notice. Any cancellations after the required time,
or those who do not show for their appointment, will result in their credit card being charged for the treatment or their
gift certificate being redeemed. If you have a preference between a male or female therapist, please inform your Program Advisor.
We cannot guarantee the availability or any particular therapist.
NOTE: Booking an appointment at A French Connection is an
acknowledgement of these terms.

Selecting Treatments

Our Program Advisors are very knowledgeable on all spa services, and can guide you in creating a special day.
Health experts recommend taking just one heat treatment per day.

Spa Courtesies
|
It is essential to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to complete paperwork and prepare for treatment.
For your comfort, we ask that you shower prior to any body services. Also, allow yourself enough time to cool down after your service.
All rates and services are subject to change without notice. Robes, slippers must remain with guests at all times and be returned to the front desk when leaving. There is a $25 charge for each item that is not returned.
Cellular phones, beepers and all paging devices are not permitted in the treatment areas.
Limousine service is available. Rates may vary from various areas of the city.
As a courtesy to the other guests, we ask that you maintain a quiet level of conversation at all times. In addition, there should be absolutely no talking when in or near the massage areas.
We are unable to render services to those guests accompanied by children.
A French Connection accepts US currency, MasterCard, Discover, Visa and personal Checks.
Gift Certificates must be purchased with cash or credit card or check. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are not refundable or exchangeable. Gift Certificates are to be treated as cash and therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen.
Merchandise may be returned within 10 days for store credit only, providing it is in good condition. This credit is applicable toward the purchase of merchandise only, never toward the purchase of a treatment.
Rates do not include gratuity.
